Saucehouse BBQ has a catering kitchen in Spaghetti Junction where they smoke their meat with hickory smoke and make all their sides and BBQ sauces from scratch!  Saucehouse just released a new 15 person minimum menu which is perfect for office’s and smaller gatherings and offers slightly less options than the 25 person menu but it can also be ready in a 24 hour turnaround.  Saucehouse needs 24 hours notice to make everything fresh from scratch and smoke it’s pork overnight as it takes 12-24 hours typically.
