Business Radio X interviewed Bryanna Davis with Saucehouse BBQ today. Bryanna explained how Saucehouse recently expanded to Atlanta from Athens with it’s catering arm leaving the restaurant to be developed in the years to come.
Bryanna listed all 9 made from scratch BBQ sauces including the Georgia Sweet Molasses, Alabama White Sauce, Saucehouse’s Pork Sauce containing everything but mustard, Very Hot and Sweet Sauce containing Ghost Peppers, Eastern North Carolina Vinegar Sauce, Western North Carolina Ketchup Sauce, South Carolina Mustard Sauce, Hot Vinegar, and their famous House Sauce that is good on everything.
Saucehouse BBQ has a catering kitchen in Spaghetti Junction where they smoke their meat with hickory smoke and make all their sides and BBQ sauces from scratch! Saucehouse just released a new 15 person minimum menu which is perfect for office’s and smaller gatherings and offers slightly less options than the 25 person menu but it can also be ready in a 24 hour turnaround. Saucehouse needs 24 hours notice to make everything fresh from scratch and smoke it’s pork overnight as it takes 12-24 hours typically.
